What is shown, and from where
Parcel records from the appraisal districts' posted data exports:
- Cameron Appraisal District, export of Sep 15, 2026
- Hidalgo County Appraisal District, export of Aug 4, 2026
For each parcel: the District's account number, legal description, acres, the District's values, and the latest deed the District file carries (deed date, deed type, instrument number). Owners appear as the District records them. On the public sample on the homepage, every owner name and address is withheld.
No sale prices: Texas deeds do not state consideration. The map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data (Protomaps), served from this site.
Records marked confidential
Owners marked confidential by a district stay confidential here. The record shows CONFIDENTIAL, with no address and no owner page, and it stays that way in every later District file, even one that drops the mark.
Removal for judges, court staff and their households
If Texas Government Code chapter 92 covers you (judges, court clerks and other court staff, and the people in their households), email privacy@freshcod3s.com with the county and the parcel's account number or address.
Within 72 hours of the request, the parcel is marked confidential here: the owner shows as CONFIDENTIAL and the address is withheld, in the current file and every later one.
Not an official record
This site is not an official record. It is a reading of the appraisal districts' posted files, which can be late, wrong or incomplete. The record of a deed is at the County Clerk; the record of an appraisal is at the District.
